The management of small and medium-sized enterprises and other companies who attach importance to their personnelís well-being.
Quality managers who want to determine and/or improve the relationship of the personnel towards management, towards the function they fulfil and towards their colleagues.

EXPECTED RESULTS

At the end of the training you are able to:
  have a structured understanding of how the personnel feels about your leadership skills, your ability to keep promises and your communication skills towards your people;

to gather action points and points of attention in relation to how the personnel feels about management in general, what their relationship is towards the function and towards their colleagues;

implement ideas to improve these action points and/or points of attention; gain a detailed understanding of which policy elements the personnel appreciate and wish to keep.


WHAT'S THE TRAININGíS CONTENT ?
  We explain to the personnel what the goals of the sessions are.

Each session consists of a question-oriented and structured brainstorming session about the approach of the goals.

Within a week following the end of the sessions, the management will receive a detailed report.


HOW DO WE WORK ?
  We make use of a clear PowerPoint presentation that explains the managementís goals and our way of working/approach.

We organise brainstorming sessions of max 2 hours each. Depending on the goals of the sessions, the sessions are held in small groups of people working for different departments or working in the same department.

We work with clear indication documents on which the participants indicate their priorities as to the maintaining and improving of action points and points of attention.

This is followed by a question-oriented discussion of these priorities.

We discuss the short-and long-term feasibility of all participantsí suggestions.

Within a week following the end of the sessions, the management will receive a detailed report of the results.
