WHO FOR ?

Secretaries, receptionists, customer service agents, everyone who wants to provide information in English in a friendly manner or is confronted with demanding customers and wants to deal with them in a correct but assertive manner. At that very moment you do represent after all the organisation you work for.


TRAINED SKILLS:

At the end of the training you are able to have telephone conversations in English in a more fluent and confident manner.


HOW DO WE WORK ?

Before the start of the training the participant completes a self-evaluation document based on the European Unionís Language Portfolio for Adults. Afterwards we elaborate on participantsí experiences with telephone conversations in English. In order to be able to do a number of exercises with a partner (the trainer or a participant), youíll need to know some of the principles of customer friendly telephonic reception. The level of difficulty gradually increases.

We prefer to record the exercises in order to give immediate feedback and advice. If requested, we elaborate on the grammatical subtleties but we always pay attention to a correct pronunciation.
